HYPE’s Volunteer Committees develop a majority of the programs and activities that HYPE hosts throughout the year with each committee managing a major programming theme and/or activity defined by our strategic plan. HYPE staff members provide support to the committees, handling logistics and registration.
As an initiative of the MetroHartford Alliance, we turn to Investors first for our programmatic needs. However, we have a variety of ways to work with and support local businesses, community partners, and events in the region.

Looking to raise awareness of volunteer needs for your organization? We are happy to post information on our Volunteer Opportunities page. Please send details about the event or experience you would like to promote to Jackie.
Discounts and Giveaways
We are delighted when organizations provide HYPE members with discounts to events and are happy to include the discount in our Other Events listing. When appropriate, we may be able to offer giveaways to our membership. Please contact Kim for more details.
Hanging Out With HYPE Blog
If you are a HYPE member and want to get the word out about an event, fundraiser, or opportunity you are passionate about, you can write a Hanging Out With HYPE blog. We typically publish these blogs 2-3 weeks before the event to allow enough time for anyone interested to register. For guidelines and schedule, please contact Kim.
