The Rising Star Breakfast will be held on Wednesday, August 23rd at the Hartford Marriott Downtown on 200 Columbus Boulevard, Hartford. Registration and networking will begin at 7:30am and the program will start promptly at 8am. The event partner is United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut, and the event sponsor is StanleyBlack & Decker.
